About Convrsy

We believe important conversations deserve practice

Convrsy was created to help people prepare for moments where scripts stop helping, pressure changes the dynamic and the ability to respond shapes what happens next.

Why Convrsy exists

Most people prepare for an important conversation by thinking through what they want to say. But the outcome also depends on what the other person wants, what they resist and how the conversation changes once it begins.

We built Convrsy to make that part possible to practice. It creates realistic situations with counterparts who have their own goals, constraints and point of view - giving people a safe way to test strategies, learn from what happens and try again.

What we hold to

  • Behavior, not minds

We evaluate what happens in a conversation — observable moments — never inferred emotions, personality or intent.

  • Practice is private by default

Your rehearsals belong to you. Programs have clearly defined visibility, and human judgment stays with humans.

  • Real situations, not scripts

The conversations that matter rarely follow a script. Convrsy prepares people to respond when the room changes.

Collaborations and support

Convrsy has grown through collaboration with people, programs and organizations that share our interest in better preparation for important conversations. Collaborations, program support, pilots and practitioner feedback are labeled distinctly - not all named collaborators are commercial customers.

  • ElevenLabs Grants
