Privacy details

What we collect

Account details needed to give you access, the scenarios and context you choose to bring in, and the practice sessions you run. Nothing is collected from you that is not needed to deliver the practice.

Who can see your practice

You can. Individual sessions belong to the person practising - managers and administrators do not see individual transcripts, recordings or feedback.

Where an organization runs a program, it may see de-identified, aggregated participation and practice insights, and only for cohorts of 15 or more participants. Reporting is withheld below that threshold to reduce the risk of identifying an individual.

What we never do

  • Score anyone's anxiety, stress, confidence or empathy
  • Feed practice data into performance, hiring or disciplinary decisions
  • Use confidential customer content to train models for other customers
  • Sell personal data

Retention and deletion

Practice data is retained according to agreed settings. Users and organizations can request deletion of their data, subject to applicable legal and contractual requirements. Write to [email protected] and we will confirm what was removed.

Client materials

Documents, scenarios and context provided by a client are used only to deliver that client's Convrsy programs. They are not used to train models for other customers.

Cookies and analytics

This marketing site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and embeds no third-party trackers. Fonts and images are served from our own domain.
