For organizations
Turn the conversations that shape outcomes into repeatable practice
Start with one team, one capability or one high-stakes business moment. Convrsy helps you turn it into realistic practice people can repeat and apply.
How Convrsy works with organizations
-
Programs, not one-offs
Turn a business priority — feedback quality, objection handling, safety-critical comms — into ongoing practice with cohorts, cadence, and clear behavior goals.
-
Scenarios designed with you
Bring us the situations that decide it. Our team builds counterparts, feedback framing, and skill scaffolding around your organization's real conversations.
-
Governance built in
Individual practice stays private. Program leaders see aggregate patterns. Scenarios go through your review before rollout.
Getting started
Start with one focused pilot
A pilot is a low-commitment way to bring Convrsy into your organization - start with one team and one situation, then expand from what you learn. Most pilots move through four stages.
-
1
Choose the moment
Identify the team, capability or business situation where better preparation matters.
-
2
Build the practice
Configure the scenarios, counterparts and feedback priorities around your context.
-
3
Run a focused pilot
Launch with a defined group and gather participant and program feedback.
-
4
Expand what works
Adapt the practice and extend it to other teams, capabilities or situations.
Inside a session
What each participant actually does
Three steps, repeatable. A participant configures the situation, practices it out loud with a counterpart who responds, then reviews what they did and goes again.
Everything in that loop stays with the person practising. What reaches you as a program leader is the aggregate above.

Convrsy is developed alongside programs, practitioners and organizations who care about better preparation for conversations that shape outcomes.
-
ElevenLabs Grants program
Convrsy is supported by the ElevenLabs Grants program to develop realistic voice-based conversation experiences.
-
Applied work in mediation and dialogue
Convrsy has collaborated with faculty and programs at NYU on simulation-based practice for mediation, peacekeeping and complex dialogue.
Collaborations, program support, pilots and practitioner feedback are labeled distinctly. Not all named collaborators are commercial customers.
Governance & visibility
What program leaders see - and what they don't
Practice stays private by default. Program leaders see the patterns they need to run the program - nothing more.
Program leaders may see
- Participation and completion
- Scenarios or practice areas used
- Aggregated practice patterns
- Program-level trends
Program leaders should not see
- Inferred emotional states
- Personality judgments
- Private participant reflections
- Individual recordings or transcripts
- Automated employment recommendations

Where teams start with us
What to expect before starting a pilot
Start with situations your people already face.
Direct answers to the questions organizational buyers ask most. We'll go deeper together on the intro call.
How quickly can we launch a pilot?
Timing depends on the scope of the situations you want to practice and how much tailoring is needed. We'll walk you through a realistic timeline on the intro call.
Can we use our own situations, frameworks and materials?
Yes — organizational scenarios are built around your context. We'll cover which materials are useful and how they're handled during the pilot conversation.
What does Convrsy require from our team?
A named program owner, the situations that matter, and access for the participants in the pilot cohort. We'll confirm the specifics with you.
What can program leaders see?
Aggregated participation and practice patterns — not individual transcripts, recordings or inferred internal states. See the visibility section above.
Is Convrsy an employee-assessment tool?
No. Convrsy is a practice space. Practice data is not designed to feed performance reviews, hiring decisions or disciplinary processes.
Is our data used to train models?
Scenario materials and conversation data run your simulations. We'll walk you through our model-provider arrangements and current subprocessor list on request.
Which languages are supported?
Language support is expanding. We'll confirm which languages are available for your pilot when we discuss scope.
Can Convrsy work alongside our existing learning programs?
Yes — many pilots run alongside leadership, sales, change or onboarding programs. We'll discuss the best way to integrate on the intro call.
How does pilot pricing work?
Pilots are scoped to the situations, cohort and support level involved. We'll share a proposal after understanding what you want to practice.
